Tenny Prasetya WJ was born in Jakarta and his father was a diplomat career. Tenny has been living most of his life in Europe. Although his father was diplomat, but all of his uncles and aunties as well as his grandfather were bankers. This surrounding came to his attention to join the crowd.
Tenny Prasetya WJ started his career as a commercial banker and moved up to become as an Investment Bank. He had experieced the worst Asian crisis back in 1998 whereby he witnessed the colapse of the economy and resolved most of the bad loan successfully
During his tenure as a banker, many of the deals that has been taken by Tenny Prasetya WJ and he was managed to close one of the largest M&A after the Asian Financial crisis in 2003. He was involved highly profile transaction including cross border transaction, structuring first coal warehouse financing that was legally enforceable in the country and other more.
Recently, Tenny Prasetya WJ set up his own boutique investment banking which connect private capital to attractive investment opportunities in Indonesia.
